UNLOCK the BLOCK, is centuries beyond sports psychology in that it engages you to discover and create a balance within: the mind~body~spirit working together. This requires learning the art of inner sports performance: One-Focused Attention incorporating the discipline of "focusing your mind" and "connecting inside." An athlete who can connect within oneself will always have a competitive edge over one using physical and/or mental strength alone. There are a series of Focusing Exercises to assist you in achieving and sustaining Peak Performance through developing One-Focused Attention.

Coaches take Note: As a coach you have numerous responsibilities and demands. Each athlete wants to be their best and often their performance is associated to your coaching abilities. Kia teaches you tools that can be taught to your athletes, enhancing their ability as an athlete, which reflects on you, their coach.
