Kia Kalil-Gibran, D.Sc. founded, created and teaches/coaches the TRANSFORMATIONS Programs. Kia actually becomes your Evolutionary Coach, teaching you unique concepts that assist you to develop your inner focus, grow in conscious awareness, and excel beyond your current beliefs and expectations.

Kia has coached herself to win numerous national and world athletic championship titles, to create her own business, to publish articles and books, and to push through life's obstacles. She lectures publicly and assists individuals both privately and in groups, teaching people how to break through their diminishing behaviors, thereby promoting the possibility to focus and direct their energy to obtain their limitless potential through Eliminating Chaos and Discovering Balance and Inner Contentment.

Kia utilizes a unique teaching philosophy and methodology based on the combination of her Western Education (she has a degree in Economics, a Doctor of Science in Nutrition, and is a Certified Advanced Master Practitioner of both TimeLine Therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming), along with her Eastern Education (apprenticing a martial arts of one-focused attention/awareness since 1991, along with numerous decades in the metaphysical healing sciences). This combination provides the capability for Kia to adapt her style to whatever situation an individual wants to work through or to simply evolve as an individual.

Kia has competed in numerous sports as a nationally acclaimed equestrian, a highly competitive triathlete, runner, masters swimmer and a national handball champion, and is the author of numerous articles and books.

Some people ask, "why should I focus on growing and evolving?" Because you have the ability to increase the quality of life by evolving as a human. Most humans live in a re-action mode, allowing life to happen. Their life is filled with limitations, anxiety, stress, guilt, negative talk, always striving to have "more," never being content. This is only "survival." If your time/thoughts/feelings/ perceptions are caught up in making a perfect world (which never comes, or never stays), then you never really get to know "you," or "life," because you are caught in a world of re-actions, judgments, justifications, comparisons, and discontentment.

Inner Contentment begins with your ability to learn about yourself from a totally objective viewpoint. Everything becomes information for you to learn, apply and grow. This objective view allows you to get out of "re-action" mode -a place most people live in every moment of every day! Most people never truly know themselves because they are so wrapped up in the "image" they have of themselves (the ego), or the images they believe others have of them (the ones they have to live up to), that all their time, energy and effort is spent defining and upholding those images. People uphold images through justification, judgment, comparison, and competition, and the inability to take a stand and be uniquely "you."

You owe it to yourself to begin growing and expanding into new possibilities. Looking at oneself is no easy task, however it is a worthwhile endeavor. Every day people tell me of how their lives are enriched by the information they obtain and apply from the work we do together.
